| Mid-November | MPSA begins to send acceptance emails. |
| November 25, 2024 | Deadline for special scheduling requests. |
| November 27, 2024 | Deadline for submitting subfield and undergraduate section proposals. |
| January 2025 | Preliminary program available on MPSA website. |
| January 7, 2025 | Deadline to apply for a Graduate Student Travel Scholarship. |
| January 14, 2025 | Deadline to submit an application for a conference registration fee waiver. |
| January 22, 2025 | Early registration deadline. |
| TBA | Deadline to propose meetings, receptions and networking events for the conference. |
| TBA | MPSA room block cutoff date for discounted hotel accommodations at the Chicago Hilton. |
