MPSA Releases Results of Climate Survey

We are pleased to share the results of our recent Climate Survey, designed to better understand the experiences, perspectives, and needs of those current and past members, and those participating in MPSA events. This survey reflects our commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and equitable environment where all are welcome and feel safe. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to committee members David Campbell (University of Notre Dame), Jennifer Merolla (University of California-Riverside), and Elizabeth Zechmeister (Vanderbilt University), who developed the general climate survey at the invitation of MPSA President Christina Wolbrecht.

The survey asked about the format of the MPSA Annual Conference and any discrimination or negative experiences that occurred at the conference. View the final survey report here. The insights gathered from this effort will guide our work toward creating a healthier conference climate.
